This recipe just kinda happened. I was trying to come up with a way to use the turkey meat I had made into burgers and frozen. As burgers, they just weren't very good so I need to use up the meat somehow. I hope you like this- we loved it.
Turkey Noodle Casserole 1-lb Ground Turkey 6-oz Wide egg noodles 1-can cream o'chicken soup 1/2 -can milk frozen broccoli pieces (amount-your preference) 2 -cups croutons (seasoned with chicken broth, pepper, onion, celery, poultry seasoning) or ready-mix stuffing mix. 1/3- onion-diced
Brown the turkey with a little salt & pepper. Add onion and cook till soft.

Set meat mixture aside and boil noodles per package directions. Mix the soup and milk till smooth.

Place broccoli in glass bowl and cook according to microwave directions on box/bag.

Follow directions on crouton bag or stuffing mix box for making stuffing.

Mix everything together (you may find that the mixure is not wet enough, in that case add more soup/milk) and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with wet stuffing mix and bake at 375 for approx 20 minutes. If you would like a crunchier top add 5-10 minutes more.

Variations:
- You could substitute just about any vegetable for the broccoli. I'm not a big veggie eater but hubs likes broccoli so I figured I'd at least try to eat it. I was pleasantly surprised.
- For those who don't eat meat you could always use tofurkey.
- You could also use cream of celery or mushroom soup instead of chicken.
I hope you enjoy and please let me know if you like it.
Toodles~
